Needs assessment

The needs assessment aims at determining customers’ requirements: it comprises information gathering, validation and analysis of all collected information in order to optimise the network’s design and deliver the benefits that customers want, while respecting the budget allocated to their project.

It includes the material and equipment planning based on requirements, budget and schedule, the cost assessment for the project as well as the risk assessment with respect to costs and schedule.
